Noticed celebrates its newest member, REALTOR® Sue A. DeWeese

Sue A. DeWeese, Associate Broker & REALTOR®, Your Castle Real Estate, has joined Noticed©, an invitation-only service for distinguished professionals. DeWeese has been chosen as a Distinguished Real Estate Professional™ based on peer reviews and ratings, dozens of recognitions, and accomplishments achieved throughout her career.

DeWeese outshines others in her field due to her educational background, numerous awards and recognitions, and outstanding client service. In 2014, she earned her managing broker license and started working at Cherry Creek Properties, LLC. After receiving her Certified Residential Investment Specialist (CRIS) and Performance Management Network (PMN) designations, she quickly developed a reputation as a leading real estate professional. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from the Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Between Colorado's beautiful mountains in the West to the agritourism in the East to high tech companies in the city, we have seen a big influx of people relocating to this area. This has made the already huge inventory shortage worse, creating a definite seller's market. Right now, average housing prices in Denver are $500,000 and are likely to rise due to the high demand.

Sue A. DeWeese, Associate Broker & REALTOR®, Your Castle Real Estate

DeWeese brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry, and, in particular, to her area of expertise, the residential real estate market of the Denver metropolitan area. DeWeese began her real estate journey flipping houses many years ago, but took a break when the housing market took a dive in 2008. As she tells it, when the market became profitable again she decided to go into real estate sales because of her desire to work with people:

"I went into sales instead of flipping houses because I love the thrill of watching people realize that the American Dream of homeownership is possible. I truly enjoy the process that starts with one simple conversation and ends with a long and lasting friendship.”

Understanding that buying or selling a home is one of the most significant investments in a lifetime, DeWeese focuses her energy on providing the best service and results in the industry. Listening carefully to each client’s real estate goals, she crafts custom-tailored solutions based on honesty, integrity, and knowledge. And for uncertain buyers, she always advocates for a thirteen-month home warranty to protect them against any mishaps.

As a thought leader in her field, DeWeese keeps her eye on prevailing trends in the Denver metro area real estate market. In particular, she noted the area's ongoing housing shortage is being exacerbated by a surge of people moving to the area:

"Between Colorado’s beautiful mountains in the West to the agritourism in the East to high tech companies in the city, we have seen a big influx of people relocating to this area. This has made the already huge inventory shortage worse, creating a definite seller's market. Right now, average housing prices in Denver are $500,000 and are likely to rise due to the high demand.”

DeWeese recently became a Certified Hyperlocal Real Estate Specialist (CHRES) and is currently in the process of earning her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the highest credential awarded to residential real estate professionals. Additionally, she is the president of the Denver North Metro Women’s Council of REALTORS® and is looking forward to carrying out her duties with the organization.
