Staci Skinner Has Been Recognized Among the Top in Her Industry by Noticed©

Noticed celebrates its newest member, REALTOR® Staci Skinner

Staci Skinner, REALTOR®, Coldwell Banker Terry and Associates, has joined Noticed©, an invitation-only service for distinguished professionals. Skinner has been chosen as a Distinguished Real Estate Professional™ based on peer reviews and ratings, dozens of recognitions, and accomplishments achieved throughout her career.

Skinner outshines others in her field due to her educational background, numerous awards and recognitions, and career longevity. With over 20 years of experience in construction and remodeling as well as five years of experience as a licensed Realtor, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry, and, in particular, to her area of expertise, the real estate market throughout southwestern Kentucky, including the towns of Madisonville, Princeton, Norton, Clay, Dawson Springs, Providence, Earlington, and Mortons Gap.

We are centrally located between Evansville, Owensboro, and Nashville, about forty-five minutes to an hour from each of those cities. The cost of living in our county is substantially lower than in the cities, and yet there's so much to do in the area.

Before becoming a Realtor, she owned an income tax service business and also worked with her husband, a contractor, for many years. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in real estate, Skinner said:

"I decided that I wanted to get into buying and flipping houses because I figured it suited my background. And I thought to myself, what better way to do that than to get my real estate license. I just didn’t take into account how my previous business experience was going to feed into my work in real estate. When I started, I thought I was only going to flip houses for a year, but then I sold four million dollars of real estate in my first year. That’s when I realized that I could make a good career out of this.”

In the years since her prosperous debut, Skinner has consistently ranked as the top sales agent in Hopkins County. Beyond her professional background, Skinner attributes this success to her dedication to customer satisfaction, a fact reflected in her near-perfect client review rating on Zillow, where she is also recognized a premier agent. A self-described people person, she is highly approachable and always puts clients at ease whether she’s helping them buy or sell a house or remodel an investment property.

Originally from Webster County and a resident of Hopkins County since she was 15, Skinner is well-known in her community and an expert in southwestern Kentucky’s real estate market. Ever eager to help her clients in any way that she can, Skinner prides herself on her knowledge of Madisonville and the surrounding area and is always excited to share information about the many communities in the region. Touting what she thinks makes the area so unique, she commented:

"We are centrally located between Evansville, Owensboro, and Nashville, about forty-five minutes to an hour from each of those cities. The cost of living in our county is substantially lower than in the cities, and yet there’s so much to do in the area.”
