There are very few lawyers that do malpractice law anymore and the ones that do it are very selective. The result is there are thousands and thousands of medical providers killing people all over this country because they're not being held accountable.

With over 15 years of experience, Ms. Finch brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry, and in particular to her areas of specialization, cases involving serious injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, and medical malpractice. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in law, Ms. Finch recalled the tragic story of her seven-year-old daughter who was killed in a car accident:
"My lawyer did not explain things to me accurately and made it seem like I had to accept the insurance company's low-ball offer to settle. The experience caused me to want to go to law school so that I could one day help others who have suffered similar losses."
Ms. Finch has honed her craft through a diverse array of experiences. Before entering into law, she completed a clinical residency at University Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida, where she earned a wealth of medical knowledge which she puts to work for her clients today. Ms. Finch has also served as an adjunct professor at the Georgia State University and is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, an elite college dedicated to training and educating lawyers on how to obtain the best results for their clients.
As a thought-leader in her field, Ms. Finch keeps a close eye on emerging trends. These days, she is paying close attention to changes in malpractice law, where she believes new regulations are stifling victims and the lawyers who represent them. She explains:
"There are very few lawyers that do malpractice law anymore and the ones that do it are very selective. The result is there are thousands and thousands of medical providers killing people all over this country because they’re not being held accountable."
When she is away from the courtroom, Ms. Finch appreciates the importance of making lasting memories with family and friends. In addition to spending time with her family, she also enjoys traveling when she can and experiencing other cultures.
