With over 25 years dedicated to law, Ms. Gray brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry, and, in particular, to her area of specialization, family law. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in law, Ms. Gray said:

"After some time working as a paralegal, I felt that I hit a ceiling in that profession. I knew I had more to give, and with a passion for helping others through difficult times in their lives, I chose to attend law school."

Over the decades of her career, Ms. Gray developed her specialty in complex family law cases, which often requires crafting creative solutions to alimony and division of property issues, as well as the nuanced task of evaluating and then resolving significant non-marital property issues. Along with the more complex cases, Ms. Gray routinely handles more common family law matters such as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, legitimation and paternity actions, custody and parenting time matters, and post-judgment actions such as modifications of custody, child support, and contempt actions.

As a thought-leader in her field, Ms. Gray keeps a close eye on trends and changes in her field. In particular, she noted:

"With the ever-evolving changes in family dynamics, our domestic law is recognizing the true partnership between spouses and the manner in which that translates into a fair and equitable division of assets as well as a more equal custodial schedule for parents."
