The Expert Network© celebrates its newest member, Attorney Matthew Kobelski
BOSTON, September 7, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Matthew Kobelski, President & Attorney-at-Law, Credentials Real Estate Group, has joined The Expert Network©, an invitation-only service for distinguished professionals. Mr. Kobelski has been chosen as a Distinguished Lawyer™ based on peer reviews and ratings, dozens of recognitions, and accomplishments achieved throughout his career.
Mr. Kobelski outshines others in his field due to his extensive educational background, career longevity, and exceptional entrepreneurial skills. After graduating from Colgate University in 2004, Mr. Kobeleski spent several years working as a paralegal for top Boston-area firms. While still working full-time as a paralegal, Mr. Kobelski earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2009. Since law school, he has participated in numerous legal education courses available through Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and has built his company, brick by brick, into the successful and trusted business it is today.
Neighborhoods like East Boston and Chelsea are developing at a rapid pace. Since appraisers often assess property values using data collected six months prior to the appraisal date, they can provide estimates far below the current market value in these growing neighborhoods. This kind of discrepancy can easily make for a messy transaction between the seller, buyer, and mortgage lender. So I aim to know as much as possible about these rapid shifts in the real estate market and bring everyone involved together to come to a mutual agreement before the transaction becomes overly complicated.

With over a decade dedicated to law, Mr. Kobelski brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and in particular to his areas of specialization, Massachusetts real estate and real estate law. When asked why he decided to leave the big firms and start his own real estate law practice, Mr. Kobelski said:
"I enjoyed the big firms, but there was too much paperwork for me and not enough interacting with people. Around the same time, I started a weekend real estate business with my two business partners, and we ended up realizing that there was a need for education and legal guidance in the real estate field. So I decided to go to law school and concentrate on real estate. Once I graduated, I quit the big law firms and started my own practice from scratch, building my business from square one by working very hard and making sure I got the best possible results for every client I did business with."
As a thought-leader in his field, Mr. Kobelski pays close attention to the rapidly shifting trends in the Boston real estate market, paying special attention to home values in up-and-coming neighborhoods. He knows that staying up-to-date with these shifts is instrumental to maintaining relevance in the Boston real estate market. He noted:
"Neighborhoods like East Boston and Chelsea are developing at a rapid pace and it can be hard to keep up with the most up-to-date market rates for properties in those areas. Since appraisers often assess property values using data collected six months prior to the appraisal date, they can provide estimates far below the current market value in these growing neighborhoods. This kind of discrepancy can easily make for a messy transaction between the seller, buyer, and mortgage lender. So I aim to know as much as possible about these rapid shifts in the real estate market and bring everyone involved together to come to a mutual agreement before the transaction becomes overly complicated."
