Liz Levey-Pruyn, REALTOR® & Team Leader, Seacoast Dwellings Team, RE/MAX Shoreline, has joined Noticed©, an invitation-only service for distinguished professionals. Levey-Pruyn has been chosen as a Distinguished Real Estate Professional™ based on peer reviews and ratings, dozens of recognitions, and accomplishments achieved throughout her career.

Levey-Pruyn outshines others in her field due to her educational background, numerous awards and recognitions, and career longevity. Since her entry into real estate, she has earned recognitions such as membership in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Platinum Club, and Chairman's Club, the 2010 Agent of the Year Award from RE/MAX New England, and the 2015 Top Agent Award at RE/MAX Shoreline for dollar volume and commissions.

Many people are getting priced out of the market, so the population is becoming very homogeneous, which I don't think is good for communities.

Additionally, Levey-Pruyn became a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, as well as a Certified Distressed Property Expert® and an Accredited Home-Staging Specialist.

With nearly 20 years dedicated to real estate, Levey-Pruyn brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry, and, in particular, to her area of expertise, single family and luxury homes, condos, and multi-unit properties on the border of Maine and New Hampshire. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in real estate, Levey-Pruyn said:

"I felt that I needed to believe in what I was selling, and I really do love houses—they are among the most important purchases in a person’s life. I loved the idea of working with people and connecting them with something that feels special, where they sleep at night and raise their kids.”

As a thought leader in her field, Levey-Pruyn keeps her finger on the pulse of prevailing trends in the Seacoast real estate market. One trend she has been paying particular attention to recently has been the increasing prices in the area, and what it could mean for the market. She noted:

"The prices are going up at a rate that I find uncomfortable. We’re not quite back to where we were in ‘07/’08 but we are getting close, and I’m worried that we are eventually going to experience another downturn. Additionally, many people are getting priced out of the market, so the population is becoming very homogeneous, which I don’t think is good for communities.”

Levey-Pruyn attributes her success to a professional yet warm and approachable persona that allows her to consistently exceed clients’ expectations. Understanding that no buyer or seller is alike, every customer receives one-on-one attention along with customized strategies that meet their individual goals.
