I also believe that many potential home sellers are in a holding pattern right now to see how exactly it's going to affect the economy before making a decision about selling their property.

With over 30 years dedicated to real estate, Harbison brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry, and, in particular, to her area of expertise, real estate throughout the Las Vegas Valley. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in real estate, Harbison said:

"When I was in college, several of my sorority sisters worked in a real estate office. I was looking for a flexible job that I could work around my classes, and there was an opening, so they suggested I interview, and I got the job. It was an administrative position, so I was working mostly in the office, but by the time I graduated, I had learned a lot about real estate, had obtained my license, and was really enjoying it.”

Since beginning her career in real estate, Harbison has completed over 6,500 transactions and has consistently ranked as a top agent for total sales volume and homes sold. She was also voted Realtor of the Year for Southern Nevada in 1999 and has been ranked as one of the top 100 agents in the United States by the Wall Street Journal.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in management sciences and quantitative methods, Harbison outfits her clients with the most accurate analyses of their own properties as well as market trends more generally. Commenting on a particular trend, she notes that as the NFL’s Raiders move to Las Vegas from Oakland, the area currently has unseasonably low inventory which is putting upward pressure on prices:

"We have a lot going on in this area with the Raiders moving here. They’re getting ready to build the practice facility as well as their stadium. That’s bringing a lot of jobs and a lot of attention to the area, which might be one of the reasons why things are getting snatched up so quickly. I also believe that many potential home sellers are in a holding pattern right now to see how exactly it’s going to affect the economy before making a decision about selling their property.”

Harbison has been selected for the Best of Henderson Award in the Residential Real Estate Agent category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA) each year since 2011, among many other honors.
