A Century 21 Double Centurion Award winner, Pisha brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and, in particular, to his area of expertise, the residential real estate market of the Puget Sound area. When asked why he decided to pursue a career in real estate, Pisha said:

"I worked with a couple of Realtors that were dishonest and pushy, and I just didn't respect the way they did business. As a Realtor, you aren't buying a house; it's the client buying the house, and every person is different. I’ve always been interested in house hunting, and I saw the potential to change the industry by taking that perspective on client care."

As a thought leader in his field, Pisha keeps a careful eye fixed on developments which may affect the Puget Sound housing market. He notes that this “seller’s market,” which has persisted and even grown over the last several years, may have reached a precipice:

"The housing market has been booming and the economy has been recovering, so there are multiple offers on most homes. However, interest rates are going up and will probably continue to go up, so that will balance the market out a little bit by making it harder for people to buy. With the 10 to 25 percent annual real estate appreciation and growth, I am looking to help my clients capitalize on their dreams of owning and gaining equity for short- and long-term profits and take advantage of the hottest real estate market in the United States."
