Unlike other areas where they've reached their top potential, Edmonton still has a margin to go before we reach the ceiling. This future prospect is exciting for both Edmontonians and foreigners who currently own or are looking to invest in Edmonton property.

With nearly 15 years dedicated to real estate, Grant brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and, in particular, to his area of expertise, the real estate market of the Greater Edmonton Area. When asked why he decided to pursue a career in real estate, Grant said:

"Going from my engineering education and experience with construction project management of buildings, to now be selling them, was a very natural progression for me. Additionally, my mother was a successful REALTOR® for over a quarter century, so I knew exactly what I would be getting into before I made the switch."

Since 2004, Grant has been working as a full-time REALTOR® drawing upon a unique skill set cultivated from his construction and engineering background. Grant has found swift success serving hundreds of buyers and sellers with their real estate needs throughout the Edmonton Metropolitan Region to date.

As a thought leader in his field, Grant keeps his eye on developing market trends in the Greater Edmonton Area, including the municipalities of Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Beaumont, Fort Saskatchewan, Morinville, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Devon, and surrounding municipalities and rural counties. In particular, Grant believes that the Greater Edmonton Area has yet to realize its full real estate value potential. He noted:

"Right now, the Greater Edmonton Area, with its close proximity to large-scale energy resources and world-famous attractions including Rogers Place, the Ice District, and West Edmonton Mall, is reasonably affordable in comparison with the current property values of other major urban centres across North America. In my view, our market is still underpriced as property values are expected to rise over the foreseeable future. And unlike other areas where they’ve reached their top potential, Edmonton still has a margin to go before we reach the ceiling. This future prospect is exciting for both Edmontonians and foreigners who currently own or are looking to invest in Edmonton property."
