Today, Mr. Weller is a leading expert in jumbo mortgage loans and many other loan programs. It has pretty much decimated the refinance part of the business but refinances have never been our primary focus. So, for me, it's not affecting my business in any way, but I see a lot of other loan officers who are struggling or who've lost their jobs.
