Gregory N. Jones Has Been Recognized Among the Top in His Industry by Noticed©

Noticed celebrates its newest member, Attorney Gregory N. Jones

Gregory N. Jones, Founder, The Law Office of Gregory N. Jones, has joined Noticed©, an invitation-only service for distinguished professionals. Jones has been chosen as a Distinguished Lawyer™ based on peer reviews and ratings, dozens of recognitions, and accomplishments achieved throughout his career.

Jones outshines others in his field due to his extensive educational background, numerous awards and recognitions, and career longevity. Licensed to practice in Texas, Mississippi, and Colorado, he holds both a Juris Doctorate and MBA. Jones is also a Texas Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer as well as a Certified Arbitrator and Mediator. His industry-leading representation has earned him selection to Texas Super Lawyers® more than ten times and an AV® Preeminent™ rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, among other honors.

With 40 years dedicated to law, Jones brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and, in particular, to his areas of specialization, civil litigation and mediation in shareholder, partnership, and contract disputes, class action lawsuits, and personal injury cases. When asked why he decided to pursue a career in law, Jones said:

Our State Legislature is doing whatever it can to limit the rights of citizens to go to the courthouse and try to recover damages. It seems that people now have to jump through hoops for justice and many are choosing to take a different, less costly path.

"Growing up, one of my good friends’ fathers was a personal injury attorney. One day I went with my friend to watch his dad present his final arguments for a case in a court. At that moment, I fell in love with everything about the law."

As a thought-leader in his field, Jones has represented numerous clients in alternative dispute resolution cases. Though there are many reasons why one may choose to go down the alternative resolution route, Jones noted the Texas Legislature as one of the causes:

"Our State Legislature is doing whatever it can to limit the rights of citizens to go to the courthouse and try to recover damages. It seems that people now have to jump through hoops for justice and many are choosing to take a different, less costly path."

A top Certified Arbitrator and Mediator, Jones has been inducted into the Esteemed Lawyers of America, Lawyers of Distinction, and the Global Directory of Who’s Who. He is also a member of numerous local, state, and national bar associations and associations for justice.
