Dr. Nall outshines others in her field due to her extensive educational background, numerous awards and recognitions, and career longevity.  She proudly served in the United States Air Force for ten years where received her dental and medical training. After finishing her service, Dr. Nall was hired in the 1990s by the Loma Linda School of Dentistry to create a satellite dental facility for low-income patients. The Graston Technique physically breaks down adhesions, scar tissue, and knots to increase sensation, range of motion, and circulation. Many times people associate a knot as to the cause of a slight back or shoulder pain, but if you get a knot that's compressing a nerve, it can cause the nerve to not function at full capacity, so removing the knot, adhesion or scar tissue can be essential in the reduction of pain and for the correction of reduced range of motion. It has even helped those with diabetic neuropathy to regain sensation and circulation of the feet and legs.

Dr. Roma J. Nall, Owner, Nall Advanced Chiropractic

Named one of the Ten Best in Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Chiropractors™ in both 2016 and 2017, Dr. Nall brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry and, in particular, to her area of expertise, non-invasive, holistic approaches to overall wellness. When asked why she decided to become a chiropractor, Dr. Nall recalled an injury she sustained while practicing as a dental surgical assistance and nurse at Veteran’s Medical Center in Loma Linda:

"All that Urgent Care offered me was pain pills and a lumbar brace belt, so I stopped at a chiropractic office on my way home. I honestly didn’t think that there was anything that Dr. Chase could do for me, but he changed my life. After two years, all sorts of things in my body corrected itself, including some of my allergies. I decided then that I wanted to change careers.”

As a thought-leader in her specialty, Dr. Nall uses the latest equipment to successfully correct cases that were deemed incurable by other medical professionals. She is constantly looking for the newest technologies on the market and is certified in the Graston Technique, a therapeutic method for diagnosing and treating disorders of the skeletal muscles and related connective issues. She noted:

Dr. Nall is a member of the California Chiropractic Association and the International Chiropractic Association and is a supporter of Paralyzed Veterans of America. As a former member of the U.S. Air Force who got hurt loading patients onto a medivac helicopter, she wants to do all that she can to help injured veterans live a better life. She is also a referred chiropractor for the Veteran’s Administration Medical Center.
