She also serves as an Associate Professor of Surgery at Wayne State University School of Medicine and as a reviewer for the Journal of Vascular Surgery.

With over 20 years dedicated to medicine, Dr. Lin is currently a senior staff vascular surgeon at the Henry Ford Hospital and the Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital, Medical Director of the Clinical Vascular Laboratory, Director of the Henry Ford Vein Center, Medical Director of Telemedicine for the Department of Surgery, and an Associate Professor of Surgery at Wayne State University School of Medicine. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in vascular surgery, Dr. Lin said:

"I wanted to do something to better the lives of others. Once I realized this, becoming a physician was a natural path to take. In the field of vascular surgery, I have the opportunity to work continually with patients with long-term diseases, as well as one-time surgical interventions that greatly improve the quality of life for patients. It is extremely rewarding to have the opportunity to help people in such a variety of ways."

A top expert in noninvasive procedures, Dr. Lin has been named a Top Doctor by Castle Connolly for three years running and was named Woman of the Year in Medicine & Healthcare and one of the Great Minds of the 21st Century by American Biographical Institute in 2010, among numerous other honors.
