Noticed celebrates its newest member, REALTOR® Carol A. Fleres
BRICK, N.J., June 11, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Carol A. Fleres, REALTOR® & Sales Associate, Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate, has joined Noticed©, an invitation-only service for distinguished professionals. Fleres has been chosen as a Distinguished Real Estate Professional™ based on peer reviews and ratings, dozens of recognitions, and accomplishments achieved throughout her career.
Fleres outshines others in her field due to her educational background, numerous awards and recognitions, and career longevity. After joining Prudential in 2010, she received the company’s Number One In Getting It Done Award by the end of her first year and went on to earn the Circle of Excellence "Bronze" Award on four separate occasions in the ensuing years. Most recently, Fleres was honored by being featured in Top Agent Magazine’s March 2018 issue and was named a member agent by ReferralExchange, an invitation-only referral service for real estate professionals.
I'm intrigued by how millennials really pay attention to the environment and want to do everything 'green.' Years ago, we didn't have that kind of concern, but now it's so important. This doesn't only apply to the houses they want to buy; they also care about the walkability of neighborhoods and doing things in the local community.

Having earned the National Association of Realtor's Green Designation, Fleres brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry, and, in particular, to her area of expertise, residential real estate on the Jersey Shore. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in real estate, Fleres said:
"After I sold my business, I decided to sell my house up in Rutherford, New Jersey, and buy two houses down by the shore. I wanted to understand that whole process, both selling and then buying so I didn't go into it blind. And I just got hooked, especially after seeing homes going through the staging process and marketing my own home. The whole industry just intrigued me so much.”
Now working with Gloria Nilson & Co., Fleres is known for her industry-leading client service and her in-depth knowledge of the Jersey Shore’s real estate market. A designated Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), she is particularly well-versed in selling beach homes. “I would say my strong suit is taking a property and making it look its best for when we're showcasing it,” she remarked. Fleres is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) and thoroughly enjoys working with her older clients.
As a thought leader in her field, Fleres is highly attuned to developing trends in her market and the industry at large. Currently, she says that she has noticed a shift in the tastes of younger buyers:
"I'm intrigued by how millennials really pay attention to the environment and want to do everything ‘green.’ Years ago, we didn't have that kind of concern, but now it's so important. This doesn’t only apply to the houses they want to buy; they also care about the walkability of neighborhoods and doing things in the local community.”
Looking to meet this burgeoning demand, Fleres recently earned the National Association of Realtor's Green Designation. She also recently became an accredited member of the Hometown Hero Project in recognition of her work helping veterans.
