Bytnar, P.L., has joined The Expert Network©, an invitation-only service for distinguished professionals. Mr. Bytnar has been chosen as a Distinguished Lawyer™ based on peer reviews and ratings, dozens of recognitions, and accomplishments achieved throughout his career.

Mr. Bytnar outshines others in his field due to his extensive educational background, numerous awards and recognitions, and career longevity. He earned his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University where he was a member of the men’s golf team. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law where he was on the Dean’s List while receiving two book awards in Health Law and Mental Health Law. He is AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated™ by Martindale-Hubbell® and was named one of the 40 Under 40 Trusts & Estates Lawyers in Florida by the American Society of Legal Advocates.

"The housing market is better so a lot of people have equity in their houses now. That makes more people think about estate planning. When the housing market and the economy as a whole were in a recession, it was difficult for many people to make estate planning a priority."

Brandon R. Bytnar, Esq., Owner of the Law Office of Brandon R. Bytnar, P.L.

With 7 years dedicated to law, Mr. Bytnar brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry and in particular to his areas of specialization, Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Administration, Elder Law, Guardianship, and Real Estate Law. When asked why he decided to pursue a career in law, Mr. Bytnar said:

"I have always liked politics and journalism, and studying those areas as an undergraduate furthered my interest in law school. When I was a law student, I enjoyed both intellectual property and estate planning. But when my wife and I moved down to Florida, where estate planning is a much more popular area of law than intellectual property, I started to really enjoy it. I like getting to know my clients and their families well and naturally building relationships with people, as opposed to being a criminal defense attorney, for instance."

As a thought-leader in his field, Mr. Bytnar is uniquely positioned to stay abreast of the latest developments in the law. In particular, he notes that an ascendant housing market has resulted in an increased reliance on attorneys who practice wills, trusts, and estates law:

"The housing market is better so a lot of people have equity in their houses now. That makes more people think about estate planning. When the housing market and the economy as a whole were in a recession, it was difficult for many people to make estate planning a priority."

Mr. Bytnar is a member of the Florida Bar, the Collier County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also volunteers with the Foundation for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc. and Avow Hospice, Inc.
